Hi!Lusatia – research provides new opportunities

Through a collaboratively curated exhibition, the Hi!Lusatia network highlights the diversity of the local research landscape, presents future projects, and at the same time showcases career opportunities in science and innovation.

More than a dozen partners have already joined forces in the Hi!Lusatia research network to jointly highlight the continuously growing research excellence in the Neisse Euroregion and to tie talented individuals from all over the world to the region – bringing with them fresh and surprising perspectives.

The exhibition, which is open all summer long, is aimed at both locals and visitors to the region. It is centrally located between the Obermarkt and Untermarkt in Görlitz. The free exhibition will be accompanied by a variety of events, which are also planned to take place on the gallery’s premises.

In addition to the Hi!Lusatia member organizations, two other partners are involved in the exhibition project: the Saxon Agency for Structural Development and Görlitzer KulturService GmbH.

The Center for Advanced Systems Understanding (CASUS) has been based in Görlitz since 2019 and is one of the founding members of Hi!Lusatia. CASUS is hosting the grand opening of the exhibition on June 19. Due to the size of the gallery, the number of visitors must be limited for safety reasons. Attendance at the exhibition opening will therefore only be possible with prior registration, which will be available in the coming days. Starting June 22, the exhibition will be open to the public at any time during regular hours:

Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
