Materials Learning Algorithms

Workshop

Bridging the scales inside the cell

The workshop aims to boost the exchange of new methods in theoretical biophysics across different research groups. Participation is free of charge. A maximum of 30 participants can register.

Several methods have been developed to achieve a true multi-scale or integral approach to modeling cellular behavior. The general application of these methods is limited by their availability and difficulty of use. Additionally, combining different methods could greatly expand the possibilities.

The speakers invited for this workshop will not only share the description of their methods but also the implementation as well as a full hands-on tutorial enabling their use. Participants in the workshop will therefore not only get an overview but also the necessary tools and skills to perform state-of-the-art simulations of (sub)cellular phenomena.

Program and registration details are available on the event website.
