Building Bridges 2025 – Latest Findings in Artificial Intelligence
Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR), in close collaboration with the Saxon State Chancellery, is organizing the third edition of the Building Bridges conference following the great success of the previous years. The event is a key platform for international exchange between research, policy, and innovation.
In September, Building Bridges 2025 – Latest Findings in Artificial Intelligence will bring together leading researchers, decision-makers, and innovators from across Europe. The congress will take place on September 11–12 2025 at the Festspielhaus Hellerau in Dresden.
In view of the topic, it is not surprising that a number of CASUS scientists have been invited to enrich the program. The different sessions “Research for the Next Generations – Lightning Talks and Discussion” feature Werner Dobrautz, Thomas D. Kühne and Artur Yakimovich. In addition, CASUS PhD Student Samuel Pantze contributes to a pre-program session about the practical applications of artificial intelligence tools.
A spotlight on this year’s program:
• Keynotes and panels on AI & Health, AI & Energy, and AI & Microelectronics
• High-level discussions with scientists and policymakers from Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, and the Baltic states on Europe’s AI future
• New networking formats, including an interactive Matchmaking Session (“Kickstart Your Collaboration”) to build projects and partnerships across borders
